Keeping your profile accurate, and knowing how to control your personal data, protects both your security and your earnings. This guide walks you through every self-service option available on the Account page, from a quick name change to permanently deleting your account.
Updating Your Personal Info
• Go to Account ▸ Personal Info to edit your first name, last name, or public username in their corresponding fields.
• Go to Account ▸ Login Info and click Change Email or Change Password to update your sign-in credentials.
• Need to adjust your referral code? Head to the Refer section on the Overview or Refer dashboard and tap the pencil icon beside your existing code. (Referral codes cannot be changed directly from the Account page.)
Requesting Your Data
You have the ability to request a copy of all the data we have for you. To retrieve this data follow these steps:
1. On the Account page, click Advanced (found at the bottom).
2. Under Request a Copy of Your Data, hit Verify.
3. Check your inbox for a verification email sent to the address you used at signup.
4. Click Verify in that email and you’ll be redirected back to our site for a secure download link of a JSON file containing your complete data record copy.
Correcting Your Data
If you believe any stored information is inaccurate, follow these steps:
1. Open Account ▸ Advanced (found at the bottom).
2. Under Correcting Your Data, select Contact Us.
3. Submit a brief description of the issue. Our team will review and correct any problems promptly.
Deleting Your Account and Data
We hate to see you go but we respect your decision. To permanently delete your account and data follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Account ▸ Advanced (found at the bottom).
2. Under Deleting Your Account and Data, click the red Verify button.
3. Confirm the email verification sent to your signup address.
4. After clicking Verify in the email, you’ll return to our site to finalize the deletion.
This action is irreversible. (For security compliance, we may keep your data up to a year after your deletion.) Deleting your profile does not remove your successful referral from your referrer’s totals.
Log Out
Scroll to the bottom of any page and press Log Out to end your session safely on shared or public devices.
